  • Presentation: Present your analysis, dashboards, and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership for feedback.
  • Quality & Governance: Ensure all solutions are clean, professional, and intuitive. You will manage your work in a continuous-flow Kanban-style environment and follow all data governance standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development.
  • Advanced SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, using CTEs, window functions, and subqueries.
  • Strong Tableau Desktop Skills: Deep experience with Tableau, with a portfolio demonstrating complex calculations (LODs, etc.), parameters, and sets.
  • Tableau Prep: Demonstrable, hands-on experience using Tableau Prep Builder for data cleaning, transformation, and flow management.
  • Data Modeling: Strong experience in data modeling, with an understanding of star schemas and the ability to build data models optimized for Tableau.
  • Data Versatility: Proven ability to connect to and work with a variety of data sources, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.), relational databases, and flat files.
  • Platform: Experience working within the Tableau Cloud environment.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and present data to non-technical audiences.
  • Design Sensibility: A strong eye for visual design and a commitment to building dashboards that are clean, professional, and intuitive.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Scripting: Familiarity with a scripting language, such as Python or R.
  • Tableau API: Experience using the Tableau REST API for simple automation tasks.
  • Embedding: Basic experience with embedding Tableau dashboards into other applications.
