Job Description:

As a Medical Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

  • Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality

  • Assisting with billing and insurance claims

  • Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Working Hours:

  • Full-time hours, including evenings and 1 Saturday every 3 months
