Production Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience leading large production teams with a proven track record of improving processes and throughput.
  • Strong engineering, technical, or mechanical background is an asset.
  • College diploma or university degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning and control all production activities, including labour allocation, overtime management, equipment readiness, and production scheduling.
  • Experience in hiring processes as needed and ensure proper completion of Orientation, Targeted Training, Rules of Personal Conduct, and the Progressive Discipline process.
  • Experience Recommend and implement improvements related to safety, production efficiency, and overall processes.
  • Experience to Prepare reports on shift KPIs and lead production-related continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience to Lead and participate in Kaizen events to support continuous improvement goals.
  • Experience to Evaluate and audit existing safety standards and provide support to the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
