Additional certification, including a Refrigeration or Electrical TQ would be considered an asset;5 years of practical experience with a strong knowledge of HVAC control systems;Ability to work with hand tools and at heights;Ability to meet tight deadlines to resolve building issues in a timely manner;Resourceful team player with excellent communication skills and ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously;Valid BC Driver's Licence required.
