​The Role

​You are the backbone of the kitchen. Your primary goal is to maintain cleanliness and support our culinary team to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

​Key Responsibilities

  • ​Dishwashing: Efficiently wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
  • ​Kitchen Support: Assist with basic food prep (peeling vegetables, portioning, etc.) as needed.
  • ​Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dish pit; sweep and mop floors, and ensure garbage and recycling are handled promptly.
  • ​Organization: Ensure all cleaned items are returned to their proper stations quickly to keep service moving.
  • ​Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling protocols.

​What We're Looking For

  • ​Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work.
  • ​Energy: You can handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • ​Team Player: You have a positive attitude and are willing to jump in where needed.
  • ​Efficiency: You can manage your time well during high-volume rushes.
  • ​Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person with a great work ethic.
