pour une entreprise en R&D chimique à LaSalle (
quarts de jour et de soir rotatifs de 12h, 3-4 jours/semaine
).

Exigences du poste :

  • PR ou citoyen canadien
  • Diplômé en génie, chimie, ou équivalent
  • De l'expérience en gestion des employés, planification de production, gestion de conflits, et gestion de changement
  • De l'expérience ne peut *pas* exclusivement être avec la machinerie automatisée
  • Connaissance des BPF/GMP
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office
  • Français courant (anglais fonctionnel)

Responsabilités principales

  • Superviser et mobiliser une équipe d'opérateurs en production sur des quarts rotatifs de 12 heures
  • S'assurer du respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et de rendement
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes R&D, maintenance, qualité, etc.
  • Fournir du coaching et des évaluations de performance aux membres de l'équipe
  • Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et à la résolution de problèmes
