We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-centred Occupational Therapist who is passionate about empowering clients to regain independence, improve functional capacity, and return to meaningful daily activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and ADL evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
- Support return-to-work planning and functional rehabilitation programs
- Provide education on injury prevention, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
- Prepare clinical documentation, progress reports, and insurer-required forms (e.g., ICBC, WSBC, EHC)
- Communicate with case managers, physicians, adjusters, and the multidisciplinary care team
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, RMTs, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and acupuncturists
Requirements
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing with CHCPBC
- Liability insurance
- Experience with MSK, concussion, return-to-work, mental health OT, or home-safety assessments is an asset
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-based care model
- Experience with ICBC or WorkSafeBC is an asset (training available if new grads)
