About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious, and hands-on Junior Media Buyer to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone early in their media career who wants to be deeply involved in day-to-day campaign execution across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms.

You will work closely with the Account Manager and Media Director to execute media plans, manage campaigns in-platform, monitor performance, and support reporting and optimization efforts. This is a "hands on keyboard" role with strong growth potential for someone eager to build technical skills and media expertise.

ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Optimization

  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), paid search (Google Ads), and programmatic platforms under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Build, traffic, QA, and maintain campaigns, ensuring accuracy in targeting, budgets, creatives, and tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag pacing, delivery, or performance issues to the Media Planner.
  • Implement optimizations based on performance data, testing plans, and direction from senior team members.

Ad Operations & Measurement Support

  • Assist with campaign trafficking and QA in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  • Support basic pixel and tagging setup, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Help monitor data accuracy across platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, specs, naming conventions, and learnings.

Reporting & Insights

  • Pull performance data from media platforms and automated reporting tools.
  • Assist in building weekly and monthly reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Learn to translate performance data into clear takeaways and optimization recommendations.

Collaboration & Professional Growth

  • Work closely with Account Manager, Media Director, and cross-functional client teams (strategy, creative, analytics).
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to build platform, strategy, and measurement knowledge.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in execution processes, QA checklists, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in paid media execution, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 major paid platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or a DSP).
  • Basic understanding of digital media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking).
  • Familiarity with ad trafficking concepts and tools such as CM360 is a plus (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly in ad platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn how performance data informs decisions.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance and prioritization support.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment

Reporting Structure & Compensation

  • Reports to the Media Director and Account Manager
  • $50,000-65,000 annually. Experience depending

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
