Job Description:

As an RV Technician Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced RV technicians to gain hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of RV systems and components, including:

  • Electrical (12V/120V systems)
  • Plumbing (fresh water, grey and black tanks)
  • HVAC (heating and air conditioning)
  • Propane systems
  • Appliance repair
  • Slide-out and leveling systems
  • Exterior and interior maintenance

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior technicians with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and shop procedures
  • Learn and apply technical skills through on-the-job training and manufacturer training programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Document work performed and parts used
  • Support general shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning a skilled trade
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in automotive, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades
  • Basic tool set
