About the Role

We're looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily operations across multiple, custom residential builds. This role ensures our projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Acting as the on-site leader, you'll coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and work closely with the Project Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate trades, deliveries, and inspections to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain site documentation, schedules and communicate updates through project software (BuilderTrend/JobTred).
  • Enforce health and safety policies and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Support project closeout, deficiency reviews, and client walk-throughs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary training in Construction Management, Carpentry, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current safety certifications (First Aid, WHMIS, Working at Heights).
