Our interdisciplinary team supports clients across homes, long-term care facilities, and schools throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Caseload Area

We are currently recruiting one full-time ADP-authorized Occupational Therapist to support an adult community caseload under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in clients' homes within the following areas:

  • North Eastern York Region
  • Georgina

Responsibilities Include

  • Completing comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, environment, and support systems
  • Designing evidence-based treatment plans grounded in best practice and aligned with SMART goals
  • Collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, client-centred goals
  • Providing education to clients and caregivers to support ongoing progress
  • Implementing creative and engaging strategies that target ADLs, functional mobility, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and other individualized goals
  • Evaluating and documenting client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with COTO 
  • A minimum of 2 years of OT experience required
  • Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • ADP authorizer status (preferred) -
    if you are not ADP authorized, we will provide assistance to obtain this status
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
