We are looking for a skilled Auto Body Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing, priming, and painting vehicles, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and sealing.
  • Mix paints to match vehicle color and finish requirements.
  • Apply paint coats using spray guns and other equipment.
  • Perform refinishing, touch-ups, and polishing to ensure a flawless final product.
  • Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials.
  • Work with the team to meet deadlines and shop production goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an auto body painter or refinisher.
  • Strong knowledge of paint mixing, refinishing techniques, and color-matching.
  • Ability to operate painting equipment, spray guns, and tools safely.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Red Seal Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required.

Note: We're open to applicants from outside the Okanagan region. For the right candidate, we're willing to assist with relocation or daily commute arrangements to help make the transition smooth and convenient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
