Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-QM Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, along with end-to-end project experience and solid integration knowledge with other SAP modules and external systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA PP & QM implementation and rollout projects.
  • Design, configure, and test SAP PP & QM functionalities.
  • Work on S/4HANA Fiori apps for both PP and QM modules.
  • Ensure smooth integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules such as MM, eWM, ME/MII, FI/CO.
  • Handle SAP QM areas including Quality Planning, Inspection, Control, Master Data, and integration with non-SAP systems.
  • Support shop floor handling in S/4HANA PP and its integration with embedded EWM processes like material staging.
  • Manage integration between SAP PP and MES systems, including order confirmation and issue resolution during data flow.
  • Understand and align SAP solutions with manufacturing business processes.
  • Perform data migration and cutover activities during implementations.
  • Act as the Onsite Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PP-QM, coordinating with client IT/business teams and offshore project teams.
  • Manage multiple deliverables and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementation and rollout projects.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA PP & QM end-to-end implementation (at least one project each for both modules).
  • Strong knowledge of integration points with modules like MM, eWM, ME/MII, FI/CO.
  • Working knowledge of S/4HANA Fiori apps in PP and QM.
  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing business processes.
  • Proven experience in data migration and cutover planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
