Front Counter Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Present menus, share recommendations, and take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent presentation and service standards.
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
  • Keep tables and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
  • Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, from signature flavours and specials.
  • Support team members and help keep the service flow running smoothly.

Back of House / Kitchen Team Responsibilities

  • Prepare, portion, and package wings, sides, and sauces accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all prep and service areas.
  • Restock stations and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure food safety, handling, and hygiene standards are always followed.
  • Work closely with the front counter team to keep orders flowing smoothly.
  • Help with end-of-shift cleaning and setup.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Team-player mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active during shifts.
  • At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-casual or fast food restaurant is preferred, but not required.
