We're seeking an Allocation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced, data-driven environment, your analytical skills will make a real impact. What You'll Do:

  • Optimize product mix at store level through analysis and allocation to maximize profitable sales.
  • Develop weekly shipping strategies by analyzing sales trends, inventory, store volumes, and demographics.
  • Monitor and interpret inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales plans, tracking store sales and inventory ratios.
  • Evaluate and critique product mix through store visits and competitor analysis, sharing findings and actionable plans.
  • Identify and implement business opportunities by forecasting sales trends, researching market trends, and providing strategic recommendations.

About You:

  • Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Retail or Business Management preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to build strong partnerships across teams.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, clearly conveying insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
