Overview: Viva Deli Inc. is a growing food processing plant specializing in traditional Eastern European products like perogies, pelmeni, and dumplings. We are committed to delivering high-quality products for our customers, all while maintaining a positive and safe working environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking positive and dependable Production Worker to join our team at Viva-Deli. This full time position involves a variety of tasks in our food manufacturing process and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and work well with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough and fillings for perogies, pelmeni, and dumplings
  • Operate mixing, grinding, and stuffing machines
  • Ability to thoroughly follow verbal and written directions
  • Assist in packaging and boxing finished products
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas before and after shifts as required
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the production manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous food production or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and learn new processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
