We're looking for a
Digital Insights Specialist
for our client in the financial sector to support the evolution of digital marketing ecosystem and elevate the performance of campaigns across all channels. In this role, you'll help manage and optimize our suite of Martech tools, strengthen digital measurement capabilities, and contribute to customer-centric improvements that drive engagement and business growth.
As part of the Digital Experience team, you will play a key role in shaping how we track, understand, and enhance digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to improve data visibility, enable smarter marketing decisions, and support seamless execution across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Analyze digital and campaign performance across websites, paid media, email, and social channels to uncover insights and optimization opportunities.
- Build and enhance tracking frameworks, dashboards, and reporting processes to support data-driven decision making across digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop measurement plans and performance indicators for both investor and advisor digital experiences.
- Standardize and communicate insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations using best-in-class analytics tools.
- Support continuous improvement of the Martech stack deploying solutions that enhance customer experience, marketing efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Partner closely with technology, analytics, advertising, compliance, legal, and business teams to execute initiatives and maintain data quality.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution using data-driven methods to improve targeting, lead generation, and advertising performance.
- Advise marketing teams on automation, digital execution best practices, and emerging AI applications in marketing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward recommendations that support an innovative, market-leading digital strategy.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, or digital customer experience.
- 1–2 years of experience with project management, testing, planning, or QA processes.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Audience Manager.
- Knowledge of experience design principles including usability, A/B testing, content structure, and digital UX best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Marketo is an asset.
Skills You Bring
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio); SQL familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to evaluate marketing performance and translate insights into recommendations for improving processes, technology investments, and campaign effectiveness.
- Understanding of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data and how it informs targeting, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong organizational, project management, and testing skills.
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Target, CDPs, or Audience Manager are an asset.
