About the Role

We are hiring two full-time
Metal Roofers & Siders
to join our growing residential construction team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a permanent, on-site position working on premium residential builds and renovations. The successful candidates will install, repair, and maintain high-quality metal roofing and siding systems, ensuring precision, safety, and craftsmanship on every project.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain metal roofing and siding systems for residential properties
  • Measure, cut, and handle metal panels and flashing materials with precision
  • Ensure all work meets building codes, design specifications, and safety standards
  • Apply sealants and waterproofing materials to protect structures from weather damage
  • Collaborate with project supervisors, builders, and fellow trades to ensure timelines and quality goals are achieved
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    metal roofing and siding installation
  • Skilled in accurate measurement, cutting, and panel handling
  • Strong understanding of
    safety standards
    and ability to follow site protocols
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable working
    at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Previous
    construction or exterior trades experience
    an asset
  • Trade certification
    or specialized metal roofing credentials strongly preferred
