THE ROLE
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and overall project scope.
- Collaborate closely with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Monitor progress through regular site visits and ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Site Superintendent.
- Ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, and company expectations.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
A standout candidate brings:
- Red Seal Endorsed Carpenter or Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field
- 8+ years of ICI project management experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eligibility to work in Canada and a valid driver's license
