Absolute Fitness for Women is a women-focused fitness studio dedicated to community, movement, and empowerment. We offer group classes, personal training, and Reformer Pilates in an energetic, inclusive space. Our team is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping clients reach their goals.

We're seeking a Membership Coordinator who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome. If you're confident in sales or eager to build your skills, our supportive management team will provide hands-on training and guidance to help you succeed in client relations and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage clients and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide tours and consultations to potential members
  • Guide prospective clients through the membership sales process
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
  • Support front desk operations, scheduling, and class sign-ups
  • Promote events, studio programs, and membership offerings

  • Passionate about fitness and wellness
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven, sales-oriented role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Evening Availability
  • Weekend availability as required
