Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Duties

  • Clean and sanitize various areas of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
  • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring fresh and clean supplies for clients.
  • Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to client inquiries and feedback.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Occasionally assist with light cooking or hospitality services as requested by clients.

Skills

  • Proficient in cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods or client requests.
