The Role

As a key member of our team the Back Shop Attendant is a guest service-focused position. Accountable for handling day to day operations of the golf services, driving range, and practice areas. They will be responsible for providing excellent service and assisting with the coordination of golf course clients, including the booking of tee times, and checking in guests when they arrive.

Your contributions to the team include:

  • Assist with guest's needs while at the facility, providing a courteous and friendly experience at all times.
  • Responsible for golf cart preparation, coordination, and cleaning.
  • Responsible for preparation and upkeep of practice areas.
  • Assist in all daily course operations, tournaments, and events.
  • Collect, clean, and deliver driving range balls.
  • Maintain constant communication with the team.
  • Assist in various areas of the golf services operations as needed.
  • Take lead in keeping facilities immaculate and stocked at all times
  • Support outside Guest Services personnel when required and undertake additional duties as requested my management.
