A full-service tooling provider of progressive transfer and tandem dies. Specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel and complex stamping dies.

Responsibilities Include

  • Designing progressive, transfer and line dies
  • Interacting with customers regarding design reviews and follow-up
  • Providing technical support to machining/tryout/build throughout the die manufacturing process
  • Maintaining documentation records of complete die design
  • Creating process layouts for part data
  • Develop trim lines/ morph surfaces/troubleshoot

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years tool design experience
  • Solid background in metal stamping, an asset
  • Skills in 3D design and Solid Modelling
  • AutoForm experience, an asset
  • ProE/Creo 3.0 experience required
  • NX 10.0 experience, an asset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
