Tim Hortons is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our night shift crew. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a great experience, even during the late hours.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Order Preparation: Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Stocking: Replenish supplies and ensure all products are available and fresh.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is an asset but not required.
