We are currently seeking a qualified full time Social Worker to provide in home and community care services in our Adult Services Program in the KFL&A region.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's and/or Master's of Social Work

· Membership (or eligibility for) the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers

· Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

· Bilingualism in both official languages is an asset.
