Iron Mountain
is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Customer Care Associate
to join our
Customer Care
team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for our valued clients across all North America, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Resolve customer queries and intricate issues related to secure storage, information management, and logistics services, providing accurate information and proactive, personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders by investigating service disruptions and complex customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage client records by accurately documenting all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary follow-up actions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills .
  • Proven ability to utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
