Locker Room Attendants provide customer service to our membership through knowledge of Club policies, rules, and regulations. They are an excellent point of contact for golf and dining, and events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Champion teamwork and a collaborative environment.
  • Foster pride and passion.
  • Provide exceptional service to all members and guests.
  • Maintain tidiness of member services desk, locker rooms, laundry room, and washrooms.
  • Towel service, including collecting and laundering towels.
  • Replenishing supplies in locker rooms and washrooms.
  • Shoe cleaning for members.
  • Printing menus, signage, etc.
  • Assign lockers to members and guests and record for billing.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
