 Canadian instrument calibration company is looking for an Electronics Calibration Technician on a full time basis.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use and improve calibration and instrument repair procedures related to electronics.
  • Test equipment, maintain records, troubleshoot.
  • Verify and calibrate equipment and instruments used for measuring.
  • Adhere to industry standards and assist QA with duties and audits.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Electronics or electrical program graduate.
  • Several years working in electronics repair, preferably in a calibration company or laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency in conducting electronic calibrations with various calibration measurement tools and equipment.
  • Able to travel to customer sites for on site work but primarily in lab location in Vancouver.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant quality management systems nice to have.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational, time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to attain CGP security clearance.
