Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our well established dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and excellent patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing various dental procedures, with a focus on patient comfort and care. Proficiency in dental software such as Cleardent and digital applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and implants.
  • Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and radiographs.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental management software like Cleardent
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including CAD/CAM systems.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Experience

  • Valid license to practice dentistry and in good standing with the RCDSO.
  • 1-2 years experience - new grads welcome as we offer mentorship.
  • Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required. This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills can make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while utilizing the latest in dental technology and practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $83,413.18-$250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
