Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that is located in Mississauga, Ontario. We provide numerous services ranging from demolition, drilling, hazardous materials abatement, construction and more. We have been in business for over 25 years. We have various heavy equipment and vehicles ranging from large to small excavators, skid steers, dozers, forklifts, roll-off trucks, pick-up trucks and more.

We are looking for a full-time diesel mechanic to join our team.

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing all diesel, propane and gasoline vehicles, trucks, drill rigs and heavy machinery

  • ensuring that proper maintenance is performed on all equipment

-troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance of equipment

  • performing inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, air systems, and engine repairs on a variety of trucks and equipment

  • Responsible for service and maintenance documentation

  • When necessary be able to accurately solicit and order needed parts from vendors

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience

  • Experience with diesel and hydraulic systems

  • Must be resourceful and have initiative to work with minimal supervision

  • Must be willing to work as a team

  • Must have knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicles
