Job Overview:

As a Picker/Packer at our vibrant bicycle shop, you are a crucial part of our team, ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

  • Accurately pick bicycle parts, accessories, apparel, and complete bikes from warehouse shelves based on picking lists and digital orders.
  • Carefully pack orders for shipment, using appropriate materials to ensure products arrive undamaged.

Inventory Accuracy & Organization:

  • Maintain a neat, logical, and well-organized warehouse and storage area.
  • Assist in receiving new stock, verifying quantities, and putting items away in their designated locations.
  • Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking and packing process.
  • Ensure the correct items, quantities, and any special instructions are matched to each order before finalizing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills for counting inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.78-$25.83 per hour
