Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and product demonstrations, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase products, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in merchandising or POS systems are highly valued. The Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while effectively managing sales transactions and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product selections, demonstrations, and technical explanations to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
  • Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Support merchandising efforts by restocking shelves and ensuring product placement aligns with company standards
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing time effectively during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
