Part-Time Self Storage Consultant - Immediate Opening

A-Plus Canada Inc./Self Storage is committed to providing excellent customer service in our privately owned self storage facility, which is consistently awarded for its safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.

We are looking for those that love helping others and appreciate being a part of a team in Georgetown. Joining our team as a Self storage consultant, you would be responsible for maintaining A-Plus Canada's reputation for excellent customer service.

Job Description:

  • Assist customers in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees, rules of the facility and completing rental agreements.
  • Answer phone and email inquiries, as well as in person customer inquiries.
  • Consult and assist customers with the selection and purchase of self-storage merchandise such as boxes, tape and packing material.
  • Ensure the appearance of the property is safe and welcoming for customers - cleaning units, washroom and housekeeping duties.
  • Must be able to problem solve, and work alone.
  • Administrative duties: Manage, verify, balance cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits, create and file reports. Respond to customer account inquiries. Collection calls and emails. respond to customer requests according to company policy.

Work Environment:

  • Part-Time position. Availability 2-3 days between (Thursday - Sunday).
  • On-site at ** 7 River Drive, Georgetown**

Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Physically able, a fair amount of walking, and stair climbing involved
  • Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
  • Mature self Starter
  • *All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be fluent in the English language.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
