About the role

We are seeking a senior Program Director to provide enterprise-level delivery leadership across complex Salesforce implementations and integrated digital platforms. This role strengthens governance, execution quality, and senior leadership presence across high-value programs.

You will work closely with executive leadership, delivery teams, and clients to lead programs through Development, UAT, go-live, and early stabilization, with clear accountability for end-to-end outcomes across Salesforce and connected systems, including customer-facing portals.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Provide senior leadership and oversight for enterprise Salesforce programs and integrated digital solutions
• Serve as the final decision-maker for delivery, scope, and cross-platform tradeoffs in partnership with executive leadership
• Act as the point of accountability for delivery quality, risk management, and execution outcomes
• Enable decisive, outcome-focused decision-making across delivery, technology, and client engagement

Client Engagement & Governance

• Act as a senior, consistent leadership presence for clients across delivery milestones
• Participate in executive-level client governance, steering committees, and milestone reviews
• Partner with client leadership to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and delivery expectations
• Maintain confidence and clarity during key delivery phases

Agile, UAT & Release Oversight

• Provide senior oversight for in-flight Agile delivery programs
• Ensure backlog readiness, sprint outcomes, and UAT execution meet enterprise standards
• Oversee coordinated release planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness across platforms
• Solution, Architecture & Integration Oversight
• Review and challenge Salesforce solution designs to ensure scalability, security, and long-term value
• Provide senior oversight of CRM and portal integrations, ensuring reliable data flow, security boundaries, and resilience
• Act as the escalation point for architecture, integration, and delivery tradeoffs

End-to-End Experience Ownership

• Ensure consistent, reliable user experiences across Salesforce and customer-facing portals
• Partner with technical and platform teams to manage cross-system dependencies and risks
• Ensure monitoring, escalation, and incident response processes are clearly defined and understood

Team Enablement & Collaboration

• Work closely with delivery leadership, program managers, and offshore teams to support execution
• Provide clear arbitration across product, architecture, delivery, and client priorities when conflicts arise
• Provide mentorship and guidance to program and delivery leads
• Encourage clear ownership, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams

Launch & Stabilization Support

• Support go-live readiness planning and execution
• Provide leadership during early post-launch stabilization and hypercare
• Ensure programs transition smoothly into steady-state operations with clear ownership

Required Experience

• 10+ years leading enterprise software delivery programs
• Significant experience delivering large Salesforce implementations
• Proven leadership across Development, UAT, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery at scale
• Deep Salesforce architecture and integration literacy
• Executive-level communication and client-facing experience
