Sachet Machine Operator

We're hiring a Sachet Machine Operator for our Leamington location Join our dynamic team, passionate about making an impact in modern agriculture. In this role, you'll follow daily protocols for operating our sachet machine, while also learning to maintain bumblebee colonies, pack orders, and provide support to your team members

What you'll do

  • Enter in all sachet AX data correctly
  • Prepare requisition forms for inventory requests accurately and at the required time
  • Responsible for inventory counts for year and month end counts
  • Packaging Responsibilities
  • Understand and demonstrate expectations of what is required to make the mixes for sachets as well as packaging requirements for sachets
  • Maintain quality of sachets (correct moisture levels, prey mite & predatory levels)
  • Monitoring and maintaining the climate in the packaging room
  • Responsible to daily cleaning and maintenance of packaging systems

Who you are

  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skill
  • Effective communication skills
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must possess the ability to effectively manage time and carry out multiple tasks together within a period
  • The sachet machine operations are seasonal and this position will be performing other duties in production when the sachet machine is not operating
