Position: Centre Growth Manager

Location: In-person at Scholars Education Centre – Burlington South

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hr

We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Centre Manager who thrives on relationship-building, organization, and inspiring both families and staff. If you're passionate about education, community engagement, and delivering a top-tier client experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do Client Engagement & Retention

  • Be the face of Scholars, warmly welcome families, answer questions, and provide clarity on our programs
  • Build long-term relationships with families by understanding their needs and tracking student success
  • Proactively manage retention and lead follow-ups for re-enrolments or extended programs

Business Development & Community Outreach

  • Pursue and follow up on new leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with local schools, businesses, and community partners to grow our visibility and outreach
  • Represent Scholars at events and develop strategies to bring in new families

Centre Operations

  • Manage scheduling for students and tutors to ensure coverage and consistency
  • Support tutors in session prep, ensure high-quality instruction, and step in as needed
  • Keep accurate records of sessions, billing, and student progress

Team Leadership

  • Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting tutors
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative teaching environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and classroom support as needed

Who You Are

  • Energetic, people-first, and passionate about helping families
  • Confident in communicating the value of education programs (background in sales or client service is an asset)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experienced in customer relations, team leadership, or administrative operations
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, and email tools
  • French proficiency is a strong asset but not required
