Retail Coordinator

We are looking to hire a full-time Retail Coordinator to support our growing retail footprint. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, Creative, and Marketing, while directly supporting our retail teams.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores are set up for success, from floor models and merchandising to promotions and customer support. You'll have the chance to make an immediate impact, help shape the in-store experience, and grow your expertise in retail operations and sales execution. What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day retail operations and sales execution across all Retail locations
• Coordinate retail collateral, signage, and in-store materials from concept through delivery
• Coordinate shipments to retail locations in partnership with Operations and Logistics teams
• Maintain floor model accuracy, ensuring displays reflect current assortments and standards
• Communicate out-of-stock items, new product launches, and assortment changes to store teams
• Support the execution of promotional periods, including timelines, signage, and store communication
• Assist with visual merchandising updates and seasonal refreshes
• Act as a key point of contact between Head Office and store teams
• Assist stores with customer inquiries and support issue resolution
• Manage and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate internal teams when required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, CX, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
• Conduct store visits and travel as required to support openings, audits, and visual standards
• Gather retail feedback and insights and share with internal stakeholders

Who you are:

• University/College Degree in Business, Merchandising or related discipline would be an asset
• Must have at least 1–3 years of experience in retail merchandising or operations or related area; working in a retail network or multi-store environment is a definite asset
• Passionate about retail, customer experience, and bringing spaces to life
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast pace environment with competing and changing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel (Pivot tables, V-look ups), MS PowerPoint and comfortable learning new tools and systems, including platforms like Shopify, Slack
• Basic understanding and knowledge of financial statements and financial concepts
• Customer-first mindset with experience handling inquiries or escalations
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with senior management, multiple teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative as well as work in team environment
• Willing and able to travel nationally as required
• Access to a vehicle is an asset

Additional Information:

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
