Empower MVMT Physiotherapy & Pilates is seeking a motivated, client-centered Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about movement-based rehabilitation, values clinical Pilates, and is looking to build a sustainable caseload with the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time.

At Empower MVMT, we take a whole-person approach to care, blending evidence-based physiotherapy with clinical Pilates to help clients move better, feel stronger, and return to meaningful activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
  • Integrate clinical Pilates principles into rehabilitation programs
  • Lead or support one-on-one or small-group clinical Pilates sessions (training can be provided)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing with your provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • Strong interest or background in clinical Pilates and movement-based therapy
  • Pilates certification (or willingness to pursue training) is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and client-focused
