Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance duties as required, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Provide commercial cleaning services that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled hours.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or special requests.
  • Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Previous custodial experience is preferred, particularly in commercial settings.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
