Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work from home on some occasions. As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, and financial management. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting financial analysis, creating actionable financial plans, and educating clients on various financial products and services. You will also stay updated on financial market trends and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management
  • Ability to analyze financial data, assess client needs, and develop actionable solutions
  • Proven skills in client relationship management and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, along with knowledge of market trends
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are an advantage
  • Experience in the financial services industry and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field are preferred
