Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprint reading, and the safe use of hand tools and power tools. The Electrician will ensure all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications, contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial and construction environments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installations and repairs.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform electrical work accurately and safely.
  • Perform wiring, conduit installation, and low voltage system setup according to project specifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to complete projects on time.
  • Document work performed and maintain detailed records of inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Experience working with low voltage systems and power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices related to electrical installations.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various environments.
  • Electrical license or certification is preferred but not mandatory for all positions; relevant experience is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
