Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Server and Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, equally comfortable behind the bar or on the dining floor, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this dual role, you'll prepare and serve beverages, take food orders, and provide friendly, attentive service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring correct presentation.
  • Provide personalized menu and drink recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests.
  • Handle all transactions with accuracy, including cash and electronic payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the dining area and bar, including restocking supplies and washing glassware.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist in training new team members in both serving and bartending standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience in both bartending and serving is strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of food handling practices and bar service operations.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • POS system experience is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
  • Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a valid Smart Serve certification.
  • Must have a Food Handler certificate.
