Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Suppression Technician based in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The
Kitchen Suppression Technician
will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Kitchen suppression systems in accordance with industry codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include working with various materials and tools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a focus on proper life safety practices.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Kitchen Suppresion Systems
- Proficiency in using Hand Tools and working with various materials
- Understanding of Life Safety regulations and industry codes
- Ability to work with Pipe fitting
- Kitchen Supression certification
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Commitment to safety protocols and accurate work completion
- Previous experience in fire protection or life safety industries is considered an asset
