Who We Are
Evertrain is Ottawa's leading personalized fitness coaching studio for adults 50+.
We help people get out of pain, regain strength, and feel confident in their bodies again — through science-based coaching and a supportive community.

Unlike many fitness centres that cater to younger crowds, Evertrain is built for people over 50 — and for coaches who understand their unique needs.

We empathize deeply with the struggles that come with injury, inconsistency, and lost confidence. Many of our clients — and even our own family members — have been there. Our mission is to help them rediscover strength, mobility, and hope.

Since 2015, we've helped hundreds of adults across North America move better, feel better, and live better.

About the Position: Success Coach / Personal Trainer

Location: Ottawa, Ontario (on-site position)
You must live in Ottawa and be able to commute to our physical studio.
Due to our flexible schedule, you may need to visit the studio more than once per day.

What You'll Own

• Create raving fans by delivering exceptional client results and experiences.
  
• Build strong relationships that lead to 80%+ retention and consistent referrals.
  
• Contribute to projects that support Evertrain's continued growth.
  

Key Outcomes You'll Produce

• Member Health: 95%+ attendance maintained
  
• Renewals: 80%+ renewal rate
  
• Raving Fans: One new review per month
  
• Referrals: One new referral every two months

Required Experience / Education

• Minimum 2 consecutive years of personal training experience
  
• Personal Training certification (recognized organization)
  
• Available Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility
  
• Current CPR/AED certification
  
• Strong understanding of behaviour change, nutrition, and strength training
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
  
• Preferred: Degree or diploma in Kinesiology or related field
