Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and website metrics to drive decision-making.
Build dashboards, reports, and attribution models.
Measure the effectiveness of experiments and campaigns to optimize spend and strategy.
Marketing Technology & System Ownership
Own CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ensure data integrity, proper tagging, and workflow accuracy.
Integrate tools across marketing channels for seamless tracking and activation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with designers, developers, content teams, and paid media teams.
Collaborate on website and landing page updates, campaigns, and UX improvements.
Provide recommendations for product or website enhancements based on user insights.
Growth Strategy & Execution
Identify opportunities for acquisition, engagement, and retention growth.
Optimize marketing campaigns across channels to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), UX optimization, or growth marketing roles
Proven experience optimizing websites, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates
Strong background in UX/UI analysis, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks
Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Extensive experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, HubSpot knowledge is an asset
Experience building and optimizing lifecycle, retention, email, and SMS campaigns
Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing website metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance
Experience building dashboards, reports, and attribution models
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CDPs, and BI tools
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with designers, developers, content, and paid media teams
Experience optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize ROI
