About the Role:

The Department of Kinesiology is seeking a Certified Phlebotomist to support an ongoing research project. The Phlebotomist will take blood samples from paediatric research participants. This is a part-time, casual position and will be scheduled based on availability to provide support in the afternoon, evenings or on weekends.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Certified Phlebotomist Technician or the equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy and micro-collection techniques.
• Communicate effectively with participants to alleviate concerns and provide clear instructions.

Preferred or Asset Skills:

• Preference to experience working with children.

Hourly Rate:

• $35.00 per hour
