Journeyman Electrician

We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a team that values both technical excellence and people development.

What We're Looking For:

A well-rounded Journeyman Electrician with expertise across commercial, residential, and solar work. You're someone who troubleshoots confidently, communicates clearly with clients, and genuinely enjoys mentoring apprentices. You take ownership of your work, stay organized, and bring a professional approach to every job site.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Red Seal / Journeyman Electrician certification
• Minimum 5 years of field experience as a Journeyman
• Comfortable working at heights
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• Fall Arrest certification (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve electrical issues confidently

Proven experience in:

• Commercial electrical work
• Residential electrical work
• Solar installations and troubleshooting
• Service upgrades and panel swaps (both underground and overhead services)
• Load management systems
• EV charger installations
• Hot tub and air conditioner electrical installations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance across commercial and residential projects
• Complete panel replacements and service upgrades (underground and overhead services)
• Install and troubleshoot solar systems, EV chargers, load management systems, hot tubs, and air conditioning circuits
• Handle service calls and electrical diagnostics efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in clear terms
• Mentor and develop apprentices, helping them build strong technical skills and work habits
• Follow company systems and processes while taking initiative when needed
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and workmanship on all job sites
• Complete post-job documentation including material counts, photos, and reporting
