Job Overview

Atomic Fitness is not a typical gym. We are a results-driven personal training company focused on science-based coaching, exceptional client experience, and long-term transformations.

We specialize in 1 on 1 coaching and small group coaching (up to 7 people). We are not a big box, membership-based gym. Client experience is our top priority. It is a privilege to be part of someone's fitness journey, and we do not take that for granted.

Compensation and Expectations

Compensation starts at $43/hr up to $65/hr plus Profit Sharing over a very achievable threshold.

We provide one of the highest compensation structures in the industry, and in return, we expect the highest level of professionalism, consistency, and results.

If you cannot consistently uphold high standards of performance, this role is not for you.

If you are confident in your skills, consistency, and ability to deliver outstanding client outcomes, we want to talk to you.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions (1:1 and small group)
  • Provide accountability and ensure clients follow through on their programs
  • Build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Perform assessments, program design, and progress tracking
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and positive training environment
  • Represent the Atomic Fitness brand and uphold our standards of excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Personal trainers with existing clientele a major asset
  • Renowned certification (NASM, CanFitPro, CSCS, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • Energetic, reliable, and aligned with a high-performance culture
  • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluency is a major asset
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $43.00-$65.00 per hour
