Aftermarket Field Support Specialist – Frac Equipment

Jereh is rapidly growing its aftermarket presence across Canada, and we're looking for a field-driven expert who understands frac pumps, has hands-on troubleshooting experience, and enjoys working directly with customers in high-stakes environments.

In this role, you'll support Jereh's frac pumps, fluid ends, power ends, and pressure-pumping equipment, while also applying your knowledge gained from working with major OEMs such as GD/PSG, SPM, NOV, Weir, Caterpillar Oil & Gas, Stewart & Stevenson, or other frac equipment manufacturers.

You'll serve as a trusted technical partner—working between operators, service teams, and sales—to ensure equipment runs reliably, customers stay supported, and Jereh continues to deliver world-class aftermarket performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support, diagnostics, and hands-on field maintenance for Jereh frac pumps and related pressure-pumping equipment.
  • Perform field visits to customer locations, supporting ongoing operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment uptime.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Aftermarket by offering product insights, equipment knowledge, and technical support during customer discussions.
  • Accurately document service activities, equipment performance, maintenance tasks, and customer interactions to ensure strong communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate parts, service requests, field repairs, and aftermarket support to keep customer operations running efficiently.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and serve as a professional ambassador of Jereh's service commitment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support field operations and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Direct, hands-on experience operating or maintaining frac pumps (Jereh or competitive OEMs such as GD, SPM, NOV, Weir, Stewart & Stevenson, CAT Oil & Gas, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of completions, pressure pumping, and frac operations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites and work in field and outdoor environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently support customers face-to-face.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple field priorities.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver parts or components up to 50 lbs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in field service, aftermarket support, or maintenance roles within pressure pumping or frac operations.
  • Customer-facing experience with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Familiarity with Jereh equipment or competitive OEMs (GD/PSG, SPM, NOV, Weir, CAT, S&S, etc.).
  • Interest in supporting sales with technical knowledge, product insights, and hands-on field expertise.
