HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

COMPENSATION: $110,000 – $130,000 based on experience

REPORTS TO: VP Marketing & Operations

RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Director of Content Creation to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating visually stunning content, and the ability to oversee a dynamic team of content creators. Demonstrating strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills are essential to drive the team's success and ensure content aligns with our brand vision and marketing objectives.

A strong background in visual storytelling, graphic design, and content creation is a must. Candidates with experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or health and wellness industries will be preferred. Join us to create impactful content, build a talented team, and help elevate our brand's presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented team of content creators, inspiring excellence and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
  • Provide clear guidance, performance feedback, and support professional development within the team
  • Foster internal collaboration and ensure content excellence that aligns with overall business goals

Content Strategy & Calendar Management

  • Drive the creative direction of our content strategies, ensuring every piece is visually stunning and deeply engaging across multiple platforms
  • Oversee content creation including digital assets, email campaigns, and educational materials to keep messaging consistent and impactful
  • Develop a strategic 90-day content calendar aligned with marketing and growth objectives
  • Review and edit all content to guarantee quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging and compliance
  • Manage and prioritize content creation workflows, balancing multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines
  • Collaborate and lead the team to schedule and oversee content shoots, ensuring efficient production processes

Quality Assurance & Alignment

  • Monitor content performance metrics post-publishing to assess quality, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals, making adjustments as needed
  • Conduct regular audits of existing content to identify opportunities for updates, optimization, or retirement of outdated or underperforming materials

Industry & Market Insights

  • Apply a deep understanding of medical aesthetics, skincare, and procedures to craft relevant and compelling content
  • Continually innovate content approaches, keeping us ahead of industry trends and audience preferences
  • Use to manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • All other related reasonable duties and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven 7+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, and management, with a focus on medical aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Deep knowledge of medical aesthetics, skincare procedures, and skincare products
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to develop and execute long-term content calendars and shoot schedules
  • Skilled in editing, proofreading, and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail
  • Expertise in digital content management systems, analytics, and performance metrics
  • Extensive knowledge of digital platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, and analytical tools like Google Analytics
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners
